I signed into the system, then turned away for just a few minutes. When I came back, the system had logged me off. Why?
For security, Net Access 24 will automatically log off after five minutes of inactivity. Online Bill Pay will send a message to you after two minutes of inactivity, and if there’s no response from you, it will automatically log off after six minutes. This helps protect your account from unauthorized activity, particularly if you are at a public computer (example: library) and walk away without logging off.

When I sign in to Net Access 24, I can see the summary of my account balances, but the menu items that should be on the left are gone, and now I can’t transfer or do any other transactions. What happened?
If you're running Internet Explorer as your web browser, you're most likely missing a plug-in for your browser, which gives you the JavaScript support required to view those menu items. Java VM is available for download free online at www.java.com. Once Java VM is installed, restart your browser and you should be able to see the menu at the left with no problems.
If you're running Netscape Navigator and are unable to view the menu items, you probably need to enable JavaScript. Here's how:
- From the Edit menu, select Preferences.
- Click on the word "Advanced," which you'll find on the left side of the Preferences dialog box, to bring up the advanced Preference options.
- Make sure the box "Enable JavaScript" is checked
- Click OK.
- Exit and restart your browser.
